Farm Reared Beef from Burns Meats in Sligo.

Our Crab Meat is Irish and supplied by John Flynn, Lough Gill, Sligo.

Smoked Salmon is Irish from Burren Smokehouse Co. Clare.

Duck is Irish from Thornhill Farm in Cavan.

Oyster and Mussels are local and supplied by Charlie Kelly in Lissadell.

When possible our salads come from our own polytunnels in Sligo & Leitrim grown with organic methods.

Salads and Herbs are organic from Crimlin Farm in Tubbercurry.

All our Breads are home baked here at Source Sligo.

Our House Wines and Olive Oil are from our Vineyard in the Languedoc in the South of France.

Venison is Irish from Coopershill Farm in Sligo.

Eggs from Woodville Farm, Richard Woodmartin in Strandhill.
